Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• Sale items, gift cards, and final-sale products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email returns@contraste.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to send your items back.

3. Ship the Items: Carefully package your return and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@contraste.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue for faster processing, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
